Boarding (Yarrrrr!)! is a team game, two crews of pirates (players) have to defend his ship and to do enough damage to the opposing crew and throw them to the sea.

A player wins if it makes 5 damage points to the other player. If both sides get to it at the same time, it’s a draw.

Rounds:

 - Choose Card: Each pirate have to select from among the cards in hand one to play, and place it face down. When all have the players have one card selected, then you have to collect the cards from the previous round that are on the table face up.

- Resolve: Cards are resolved in two phases, first the long distance cardsare resolved, then the other team will resolve their long distance cards (if any). Then the same is done with the short distance cards. Orders of the same type  are simultaneous, two players can, and will, shoot each other at the same time, but if a player shoots to another player doing a short distance order, his action is cancelled. Example, player A chooses Shoot!,  player B chooses Charge!, player B loses 1 Hit Point, and his order is cancelled.

LONG DISTANCE ORDERS

Fire!: Choose a pirate on the other side, and shoot him, he reveals his card. Fire! kills any short distance card except if the opponent has chosen the Barrel. If you kill someone it does one point of damage, and that player can no longer perform his short distance action in this round.

SHORT DISTANCE ORDERS

Charge!: Charges toward the enemy, if you survive the end of round without dying you causes 3 Points of Damage. Damage is done first by the team that has the initiative.

Let’Em Come!:The saber kills one of the enemy pirates doing Charge!, before he does any damage. For each enemy you kill you causes 1 hit point.

END OF ROUND:

Once all the pirates orders have been resolved and damage is done, do not pick the used card into your hand, that card can not be used again in the next round. The only card that is not left on the table is the Barrel that can be used all rounds. 

Barrel:This card is the only one we can use all rounds, the one that protects the player of being shot with Fire!
